Fridays @ 6:15 p.m.

Gentle, restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, sandbags, and eye pillows for extended periods of stillness promoting deep rest. Mindfulness techniques such as breathwork and guided meditations rooted in the Vipassana tradition.
